If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got. This saying is very true when it comes to marketing your business.
I’m not advocating that you should move from one marketing method to another or try out every possible marketing strategy, what I am saying is that you do need to be aware of other strategies that could be a perfect fit with your business – and make use of them.
Just imagine what it would mean to your business if just one new strategy could increase your income by 30% or more. This could be achieved by adopting a new marketing strategy in addition to your existing activities.
Pay Per Click Advertising & Facebook Ads
This is where you are paying for clicks on adverts you write that appear on Google or Facebook. If you know your target markets problems, you can write a short advert that will appeal to them and get them to click to your website.
Direct Banner Ads
Think about websites that your target market visit and then contact the website owner to see if they offer banner ads.
Using social media is a great way to connect directly with your ideal clients.
Think about teaming up with another business owner who works with the same target market as you but isn’t a direct competitor.
Online marketing activities are always really appealing but don’t forget about offline as well. Find some local networking events to go to, look for speaking opportunities, approach the media etc.
These are just a few ideas to get you started but the idea is to pick 3 new strategies to use over the next 90 days and then monitor the outcome.
